Forms & Documents

Everything a family must complete for the 2026–2027 year, with a short summary of what each document actually means and a direct link to complete it. Full fine print lives in the packet documents themselves.

  • Required

    Parental Agreement 2026–2027

The agreement between the parent/guardian and Yeshivat Lev Aharon for the 2026–2027 academic year. The yeshiva provides instruction, residential facilities and full board.

    • The program requires a full-year commitment. Leaving early, or unauthorized mid-year vacations and excursions, disrupts the program; non-compliance may result in dismissal.
    • Students are responsible for paying for damage they cause.
    • Medical insurance through the provider chosen by the yeshiva is required — registration is not complete without proof of coverage.
    • The parent authorizes the yeshiva to consent to emergency medical, dental or surgical treatment when needed; related liability and indemnification terms are set out in the agreement.
    • The tuition contract and registration payments must be submitted before arrival, and the parent remains responsible for the full tuition-contract amount even if the student leaves early or is dismissed for non-compliance.

The online signing link will be provided by the yeshiva. Contact the office to receive the agreement.

  • Required

    AIM Medical Coverage 2026–2027

Israeli medical coverage through the provider selected by the yeshiva is mandatory for every student. For 2026–2027 the yeshiva has arranged the AIM Platinum and AIM Diamond plans.

    • Registration is not complete until proof of insurance for the year is provided.
    • AIM Platinum and AIM Diamond both provide broad medical coverage — physician access, emergency care and hospitalization, specialists, prescriptions and diagnostics. Plan details, including dental where applicable, are set out in the AIM information.
    • Lev Aharon has arranged for league sports to be covered under the AIM Platinum and Diamond plans.
    • AIM is an independent company and is not affiliated with the yeshiva.

Full plan details and benefits are supplied in the 2026–2027 AIM information packet.

TalknSave is our recommended cellular service provider for the 2026–2027 year, with a special Lev Aharon plan. This is a recommendation only — students may use any provider.

    • The SIM card ships free when ordered at least 10 days before departure.
    • Plan options and current pricing are shown on the TalknSave order page.

    ETA-IL Entry Authorization

Travellers from visa-exempt countries must hold a valid visa or an approved ETA-IL before beginning their journey to Israel.

    • Students entering Israel before obtaining a student visa must select “Short Term Study” on the ETA application. Selecting “Long Term Study” will not grant an ETA.
    • Israeli citizens and holders of an Israeli identity number do not need an ETA-IL.

Full arrival guidance is on the Preparing for Israel page.

  • Required

    Tuition Contract

A signed Tuition Contract is required before the student arrives at yeshiva. Request one from the tuition office.

    • The contract must be honored even if the student leaves yeshiva mid-year.
    • If paying by check, a credit card number must also be provided as backup.
    • Families not paying full tuition submit parents’ tax returns (1040, first 2 pages) to the tuition office.
